Thanks to the hydrophobic properties of the silicone, ELSIL composite insulators exhibit superior electrical performance when exposed to heavy contamination.

ELSIL composite insulators save on cost associated with maintenance and cleaning. Air pollution, acid rain and sea salts have no effect on the insulating properties of the silicone.
Insulators for disconnectors and circuit breakers

With different length of fibre reinforced epoxy cores (low weight, high mechanical properties) and variable shapes for silicone shielding we are able to provide optimized individual solutions as quickly as possible, for any size of transmission line and any type of mast design.

Carefully optimized process parameters and uncompromising quality assurance guarantee an extraordinary long service life and reliable operating performance under all field conditions.


         CB Type Disconnector in             factory mounting area
The composite core which carry all mechanical load is made by technology of filament winding in our factory. Machine with excellent control of laying fibres onto mandrel has four axes which allow to produce complexes shapes like domes, conical parts etc.
Epoxy cast insulators

Thanks to perfect electrical and mechanical features of epoxy resin, it found a wide application in electrical plants and units. Especially in manufacturing of post insulators and bushings.

We construct and produce insulators for indoor and outdoor use for all voltage levels designed according to customer requirements. Depending of the installation (indoor or outdoor) we use recipes based on cycloaliphatic cast epoxy resin and aromatic cast epoxy resin. Excellent properties of our insulators are achieved thanks to direct vacuum technology.
